Automobile Accidents and Injuries

Both physical injuries and mental trauma are caused by automobile accidents and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. If the accident involves a criminal act such as killing, gross negligence, or drunk driving, the state initiates a prosecution against the wrongdoer.
