The Qualey Law Group is an experienced personal injury law firm specializing in automobile accidents and injuries, medical malpractice, products liability, collections, brain injury, wrongful death, dog bites, trucking accidents, and animal law.

Robert S. Qualey, received his B.S. and M.B.A from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1984 and 1985, respectively, and his J.D. from Pepperdine University in 1988. He joined the Nevada Bar Association in 1988 and is the sole member of the firm attending personally to the needs of each client.

Mr. Qualey is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the American Bar Association, where he is a member of the Labor and Litigation Sections. He is associated with Delta Theta Phi, which is the leading law and professional co-educational fraternity in the world, sharing that honor with several United States Supreme Court Justices, United States Presidents, and Senators, and he was also a Clerk of the Exchequer from 1987 to 1988. In 1987, Mr. Qualey was a Moot Court Board Intern and a member of the National Labor Relations Board. In 1988, he was an Extern to the Honorable Philip M. Pro, U.S. District Judge.
